I really love the image that was used. There was only one image which I took from a Google search for balloons. It's a very simple layout, hence the short amount of time it took me to make it, and of course it isn't perfect either. It is best in IE and tested in the other two browsers. But the minor errors causes of no looks or catastrophies, so I hope you enjoy the lovely balloons! <3 BTW, I made the avatar before I make the layout (haha. That's why it looks so much better in the icon?). This is a nifty little layout for your personal sites, which, I am sorry to say is a narrow layout, so it should be for fanlistings, blogs and other small sites.
Do not edit anything else except for the areas in the invisible tags (arrows). Also, please do not remove the credit linking back to TEOL.
Please read this before using:
1. Change the "YOUR NAME HERE" in the credits area to your name [and add a link if you'd like].
2. Just delete the "& middot" code to add more space to the navigation area.
3. Lastly, edit whatever you'd like to write in your content, the links, etc. and the rest of the content-related items.
4. Please adhere by the terms just to make life easier.
Other than that, you must copy all the files in the .zip file to your server host.
